I am looking for a secure video conferencing platform to use for workout videos that I would like to create in real time for the members within our business.
That way they can tune in and workout along with me. What are the video conferencing limitations when it comes to the of attendees? Is there a time limit for a video conference? Since I would like to do multiple workout videos throughout the week, do I need to send out an invite for each workout? Is it possible to share publically without an invite each time? I do have another question in regards to scheduling a meeting. I see that I can schedule a meeting by clicking on the calendar and I can invite those whom I want to join that are outside of my organization by typing in their email address. Is there an easier way to invite without the need of adding their email addresses?
Say, instead, could I just provide a link of a meeting I have scheduled to those whom I want to join? That way if they received the link via email, or social media post, they can click on link and it will automatically allow them to join in on a meeting?

Meetings in Teams are ment to be like meetings in companies, so there is an invitation and you join the meeting and work together. This site in other languages x.
